Composed from handmade geometric modules, the facade elegantly weaves light, shadow and air throughout the home, revealing crafted finishes and celebrating the natural environment. With a highly curated collection of 14,513 SF of indoor and 11,943 SF of outdoor amenities, focused on community, health, wellness, and the arts, Bergen provides a universal sense of belonging. Envisioned to establish roots and connection, it’s a place of refuge built to grow, age, and last with intention. Bergen is a testament to the beauty of simplicity.
Frida established her eponymous studio, Taller Frida Escobedo, in Mexico City in 2006. The studio's reputation, initially built on the strength of a series of competition-winning projects, has achieved global scope since 2018, when she received the prestigious appointment to design the Serpentine Pavilion in London.

DXA Studio is a New York City-based architecture firm whose work masterfully and consistently strikes a balance between seemingly opposing forces. DXA Studio’s projects combine art with the science of architecture and landscape, design innovation with technical excellence, contemporary considerations with a sense of craft, and a modern outlook with a respect for history and context.
Patrick Cullina is an award-winning horticulturist, landscape designer, and organizational consultant with more than twenty-five years of experience in the landscape field. He runs a design and consulting business that is dedicated to the innovative and sensitive integration of plants and materials into a diverse range of compelling designs — drawing inspiration from both the natural world and constructed environments alike. Cullina has worked on notable projects including The Highline and Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, and has collaborated with DXA Studio on notable projects including The Rowan in Astoria and 280 St Marks in Brooklyn, and a campus of health-focused, transitional housing in Haiti.
